Glad you like it :)Sorry, I don't understand nothing about waves ,i'm a terrible editor ,you can hear it :D I used a distortion pedal plug on the interface and Audacity ,that's all can i say ,i can´t answer your question ,sorry (sorry for my english lol :D)

well if you look at the waveform you see that its very big and going out of the picture. That means that its going above 0db. Generally you try to keep the peaks a little under 0 db

You have a Limiter tool in audacity, that can be useful. If the peaks are from your guitar track, you can use a little Compressor on it. there are lots of youtube vids on compressing etc, well worth checking it out.

I had to look at my comment again. It accidentily said NINE db. it was supposed to say 0 db lol. In your audacity or whatever DAW you use, you dont want your signal going above 0 db
