Biography
Played professionaly for 20 plus years, fairly successful and had lots of fun over years. Now I don't play out any longer as the years are catching up with me. Its a young mans game. Influences include: Chet Atkins, Larry Carlisle, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimmy Hendrix, Carlos Santana and my father who was very good. I played throught out the SE US, toured with some big acts. In one band made two cd's. Quit playing 10 years ago, now trying to get my chops back. I was looking for backing tracks and found this site and thought what the hell. Let's do it.
Instruments
Lead guitar, Bass, little keyboard. Down to one guitar and amp a 50th anniversary American Strat. Played 1980 Les Paul black beauty for years. Mesa Boogie amp, marshall mark II, Peavey classic tube amp. Do my recording using Cakewalk. Yes, I sing good harmony but lead not so much..
