Internet sharing permissions

To my knowledge, the sharing of musical contributions made within the Wikiloops community is governed by strict rules.
Shares would only be allowed on the following platforms:
"X" (ex Twitter)
Reddit
Facebook
WhatsApp
Telegram
Is it possible to publish on other music platforms like BandCamp, Spotify, SoundCloud, etc...

at first I was wondering where you may have picked up that list of sites from - I guess you just stated the list of "share" buttons as they are displayed above this thread and elsewhere on wikiloops.

Now, these buttons do not have any relation to any rules on publishing, that is a misinterpretation.
Those "share" buttons are simply a handy feature to share a link to wikiloops on the offered networks, but sharing a link is not the same as re-publishing some audio material, let's not get those two things confused!
You are welcome to share links to wikiloops on any website, social media platform or via messenger, there is nothing wrong with that, and there are no limits or rules on where sharing links is allowed.

This is however different once we are talking about "may I re-publish audio downloaded from wikiloops on some other network?".
The simple answer is: No, you are probably not allowed to do that.
Not because that is something wikiloops regulates (we have rules on that, too, but let's look at the other side first): Go ahead and check if Facebook or YouTube or bandCamp or whoever you want actually allows you to "upload whatever audio you grabbed somewhere on the internet" in their terms & conditions. What will you find? Of course they are expecting you to not breach any third party copyrights.
They might let you get away with uploading stuff as long as nobody complains, but legally, they are keeping themselfs safe by setting up rules which will only allow uploading content which rights holder you are.
Same with wikiloops by the way, you have to confirm you are the original author of that music you are uploading around here as well, as nobody wants to have to deal with some rights holders lawyers, just because you felt re-publishing was no big deal.

Now, to get back to your initial question:
Whether it is possible to re-publish wikiloops audio material on some other platform does depend on that other platforms rules. If they expect you to be the only legal party holding rights on that audio, then the answer is "no", because wikiloops already holds some rights, and so do the creators of that track.

If you collaborate on some track via wikiloops but exclusively use the "private bands" segment of wikiloops, you could submit such a "private" track to other platforms, if then you and your collaborators agree you may represent the rights holders.

That's the legal situation in a nutshell. Since the internet is a place where the legal situation does not always matter (as long as there is not enough money on the table to look like having a law suit could bring profit, that is), many people simply don't give a *** for the smallprint and do stuff.
The very basic rule of thumb says: wikiloops audio can be used as long as nobody is making profit of of other peoples creative work. Selling a wikiloops track or collecting revenue on Spotify? Not a good idea, as money is being made... having some wikiloops audio in some creative work you are sharing for the love of it... no big deal, just make sure people who created that music get some credit.
