Creating albums of other wikiloopers mixes

Would I be able to create and publish an album of say, DanDiplo's tunes? Given that I can create albums but Dan hasn't upgraded.

Sure you can, you don't have to make albums only with your tracks. If you are a supporter just create a playlist with any tracks and then create the album :)
