only 3 seconds, Fail in the Album

Hi Dick, I would like to know what could have happened so that the second song of my new Album "Welcome to Elx", only plays 3 seconds the track. GlezBass & ivax Guateque con Picú 143936
Is there any way to rectify this error? .
Could it be that I have done something wrong?.
Could the same thing happen if I upload the Album again?.
