[fixed] Submit button on album reviews doesn't clear form

When you click "Submit Review" on an album review, the form is not cleared and it appears as if the review has not been posted (even though it has). It's therefore very easy add multiple identical reviews by accident!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention once more,
I found & fixed the issue, still need to update the "live" production server, but that should happen sometime later today (still collecting some other patches n things).
