Album links clickable in News Feed

This may have been addressed already - my apologies if it has.
I received a notice on my News Feed that stated:
Tofzegrit is clickable and it takes me to his profile. However, the album name is only in bold. I think it would be nice if the album title were hyperlinked, able to take you to your album. As is, I have to search for my album. Is there another way to get to it that I'm missing? There must be.
Anywho, just a suggestion. I'm sure I'm missing something.

easiest way to reach the review is to go via "playlist" tab and access the album page from there, but you are correct, this should be fixed.

Wow! I swear I checked my Playlist tab. Now when I check it the album is there plus all of the ones I'm a contributor on. Awesome! Thanks!
