Biography

i love music and have always wanted to learn to play the drums. I took a few classes in college, however I didn't have a drum kit at home so I eventually lost the few skills I had. When I met my husband , he played guitar as well as drums and bass. Him and his friend were trying to create a band. Several months pasted without any sign of finding a bassist. They had already written a couple of originals that I had heard hundreds of times , so I just went out & bought a bass so they could teach me those 2 songs & I could practice with them until they could find someone else.. here it is now, 2 years and many songs later and they still have me playing in the band. Although I still have a strong desire to learn drums, I want to master the bass first. Wish I'd started playing a lot sooner in life!
My musical influences are Old Metallica, slipknot, Queensryche, Aliice in chains , and old eighties metal/rock and much much more.. I also love the blues but that's a new discovery for me
