Upload of .wav files doesn't work

As reported yesterday by members PLUSH and Al-Fadista & SoulFingers, the upload of .wav files doesn't work at the moment. I just tried to upload my new awesome composition and got this:

Notice the bottom line in this screenshot:

And what I tried to upload was this short count-in vox:

I got this message as well this morning. Firefox browser using Mac. Nothing changed I know of since it was working when I was last active. (Addendum: mp3 upload works Okay!)
