Dick Something I've been wondering for some time: Is there a special term for this kind of jazz guitar playing? I'm really not educated in jazz at all, and this way of "striking many different chords straight on the ones" is something I could only refer to as "anti-ska", is there a proper word for that? +1

gabriel289 I do not know, if there is a name for this kind of guitar playing. it is on l'y the way I feel it when i play the chords on my guitar!. +1

FrankieJ Great question. I know not the answer but I have used the voicing before on the ones.
I would have picked it up from old recordings of my grandfather and father. (1960's) +0
