I see you play open-handed. I'm so damn jealous as I'm desperately trying to find the time to do it for myself. I'm guessing you're left-handed? I am but play 'fully' right handed rather than open handed and so want to be able to swap between the two!

Thanks Martin! I'm actually right handed. It just felt more natural playing open handed to me. I'm currently doing the same thing. I'm trying to learn to play the right way so I can swap between the two.

It's actually a Pearl Export 6 piece fusion set. I traded some electric drums for it and it had seen it's better days. I refinished it to look like Bonham's congas from their Royal Albert Hall show. The logo orientation doesn't make them sound any better :)
