Yes, right. On the other side I like to work my lines out, to polish them for doing justice to others music. By the way: I do no editing in the studio software, it is just playing :)

Ha! I'm the opposite. Just jam the track. If I don't like/get what should have been, do another take until right... or go on to the next one. Editing is always required since I'm not plugged in and depend on a microphone. Levels and adjusting reverb always need doing to fit in.
