Once again I got my fingers dirty. Shouldn't happen as a passionate plectrum player:W:W, but it fit in the quiet passage. My former had always shaken his head, but gave me the tip to take the plectrum between the teeth. Worked live also.:D:D
... and Stéphane, I got inspired by your bassline and spun it further.
Sorry, first take was too loud :O:O

That's nice, Stéphane. The sound still needs to be tweaked. I'm not satisfied with it yet. The effect is a wah-wah.:o:o

Hi Peter, thanks for the kind words. Yes, it was fun to use the thumb again. But no safe terrain for me. Still stick to the strings from time to time.:o:o

Thanks Nick :):) Yes, something other than always the same rock bassline. But the right mix I still have to find.

Hi Joe, thanks for your compliment. Yes, is quite a cool effect so an auto wah-wah. It was hidden in the depths of my effects. Well, what you do not have in the fingers must just do the technology.:D:D

No, this is an effect in my Kemper amp. Thus, this is a pedal effect. I had such a once from Boss, which worked similarly. But now the bass is additionally distorted a bit, so that this sound results. :o:o Post-processed the sound is only in the mix using EQ.

To my ears, it's terrific. I tried a Boss pedal andt he effects were more than I would use for my styles so I returned it. I have found that so long as I keep new strings available I get the sound that I like, but I don't have a wah, that sounds really cool.

But of course what you write is true. There is nothing better than the natural sound from one of the great amps. The Kemper is although an artificial sound still great and for my purposes the right one. +1
