Stella's track #134478 really got under my skin, I thought I would try singing it back to her. Well, it turns out this track is tough, AND Stella is an AWESOME vocalist (if ya did not know). This is about the toughest thing i have tried to sing, But i really liked doing it. A few moments came out really well, others.... well this experiment really pushed me. - did i mention my mom named me Dave..?

Thanks! this was more challenging than I anticipated. I assume because I chose it for reasons other than it fits my normal style. I like posting what i am working on even if it is a "work in progress". Improving and comparing that improvement is a large part of why i like the 'Loops! Thanks for the feed back

I think (to me at least) that some tracks are more "well defined" from scratch than others. It´s not unusual that an add we maybe not spend hours and days to prepare are very well received by listeners and gets a lot of great adds from wonderful people with fantastic ideas. I guess that´s the actual spirit of a good loop-jam. :)

Thanx, that's a great point of view to keep in mind! A Jam mentality. I also keep in mind that some of my best early attempts are rougher than things that bug me now. As instructor once told me, "at least you can hear what you want to improve." :D Thanx! and it is just fun to sing, regardless

I think a lot of us have experienced that, when we listen to old tracks we made long ago we can hear the improvement. :D When I stated up here on the loops my knowledge about sound making and mixing was just on a guitar and an amp. Earlier in band constellations I have left the "sounding job" to sound engineers. Mixing and making "the right EQ and levels" is pretty much thanks ti loops that I know a little more today. :)
